Christian Reina

Financial Modeling

Christian Reina is responsible for providing financial modeling and analytics.

Mr. Reina graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Sociology.

Mr. Reina began his career in investment banking, focusing on the real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure sectors before transitioning to real estate private equity, where he specialized in distressed debt backed by New York City commercial assets.

With over $1 billion in underwritten real estate transactions, he has extensive expertise in investment analysis and valuation.

His professional credentials include the New York State Real Estate Salesperson License, Series 63, Series 79, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.

Outside of Skylatus, Mr. Reina enjoys distance running, swimming, and weightlifting. He also likes learning languages, traveling, and playing chess. Mr. Reina played rugby for 12 years.
